Reservations booked through gingr are requests that must be accepted by the receptionists. We will contact you if there are any issues with your request.

Absolutely not! Using the gingr software is completely optional for pet parents, and we understand that it can get confusing. Please feel free to call us still!
We provide services for dogs, cats, and sometimes even take in small animals like Bearded Dragons and Rabbits. Please contact us if you have a pet that is not a dog or a cat, and we will see what we can do to help you!
Daycare is included in all boarding reservations! The only additional cost would be the late pick-up fee of $10 after 1 pm on weekdays because your dog will go to daycare at 1 pm until they are picked up.
We do not have a cancellation policy other than on holidays, which the $25 deposit is non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled. We understand that things happen, but if you could give 24-hour notice, that would be appreciated!
We love our customers, so feel free to visit during normal business hours.
Tours are given Monday - Friday by appointment or walk-in.
